Anna Wintour made a rare appearance on late night tv last night to promote her upcoming documentary “The September Issue” and help create a buzz about “Fashion Night Out” September 10th. Wintour came out showing her true colors as the ice queen, stiff as a board and dotting her big sunglasses. However as soon as she sat in the hot seat, her shades came off and she began to melt, following suit to Letterman’s jokes and even poking fun at her image, the rumors, and Dave and his socks. Wintour manages to throw in a jab about a recent NYTimes article written about her, which seems to have struck her icy nerves. Love her or hate her, working in fashion, I’m excited to see what “The September Issue” is all about…
